Meet Jeff Rosiak—Kiser Vogrin Design’s Principal and first-ever employee. Jeff’s client duties include master planning some of the most significant pieces of land in Middle Tennessee and entitling them in any number of local municipalities.
With more than 17 years of experience as a Landscape Architect, Jeff is passionate about people places. He finds inspiration in how people enjoy open spaces of all scales from small gardens to mixed-use developments to entire master planned communities. Whether projects are where people live, work or recreate, Jeff strives to create casual spaces that are comfortable, fun and memorable—places he would want to hang out in.
On the management side, Jeff is responsible for managing workflow, guiding staff and recruiting great candidates to KVD. He is also the guy that helps fuel our employees’ passions and turn those passions into opportunities to push KVD into segments of the industry and markets that we’ve never occupied before.
Like the projects he designs, Jeff takes pride in making the KVD office a casual space that gives people the freedom to explore and think creatively. Jeff’s proudest achievement is helping to create an office atmosphere and culture where people can thrive and enjoy each day. And as a manager, he believes that the success of our company depends on empowering good people to do to do great things by providing them with the right tools and opportunities to succeed.
His appetite for design and creativity extends to his personal life. Jeff’s typical weekend activities range from fine art, writing, photography and home improvement to golfing, hiking, kayaking or any other thing that keeps him outside—or at the hockey rink. He is also a proud dad, and he and his wife are having a lot of fun raising a little dude right here in Franklin, Tennessee.
